Initial grassy and artichoke notes are followed by a peppery sensation in the back of the throat (all those lovely poylphenols!). Over time, the flavour will mellow and become smother and lighter.

Perfect for use as the base notes of your dish in initial cooking and for final seasoning over salads, steamed vegetables, and red-meat. Or simply drizzled over bread!
